Credits are the currency for the AI services of the Moverse Portal, such as Reprocessing. This page explains how to check your balance, how to get more credits, and how many credits each service consumes.

View Available Credits

Open the credits manager wizard by clicking the credits icon on the topbar, as depicted below:

  • Current Balance: The total number of credits currently available in your account. This balance reflects what you can currently use for the various services and features within the Moverse environment.

Get Credits

Our MoCap reprocessing services are based on a hybrid subscription & pay-as-you-go model.
  • Subscription Plan: Your plan includes a monthly/annual credit allowance. To get more credits per period, upgrade your plan through the Upgrade Plan button. See Subscription for managing your current plan.

  • Top-Up: Purchase extra credits at any time directly from the Top-Up button (left-click on your credit balance).

The plan’s credits expire every month, however the credits purchased through the top-up service expire at the end of the subscription only if it is not renewed.
