Our MoCap reprocessing services are based on a hybrid subscription & pay-as-you-go model. Regarding the subscription, you need to purchase credits according to your monthly/annual needs through the Upgrade Plan button.

However, you can purchase extra credits at any time directly from the Top-Up button (left-click on your credit balance).

Note that the plan’s credits expire every month, however the credits purchased through the top-up service expire at the end of the subscription only if it is not renewed.
